Sweet potato peanut butter and banana bread



In this sweet potato recipe I used a sweet potato as a replacement to regular bread. I did this because I was trying to implement more veggies not my diet while still getting a dessert like meal. 

Ingredients: 
Olive oil
Peanut butter 
Two slices of a sweet potato
Bananas 

Process: In order to make this delicious meal what you will need is to cut half of a big sweet potato and put olive oil on it. Once you have done so you will place it in the oven and bake it at 350 for 40 minutes until it is crispy. Once that is ready you have your bread like base and all you need to do is put the peanut butter spread on top and add whatever toppings you'd like.

How to feel better in the        mornings 

Experiment tried by myself*

Experiment on what happens if you drink water every morning before having breakfast:

During this experiment I have noticed changes in my metabolism and appetite throughout the whole day. 

When I drank a full glass of water before my breakfast I was less hungry throughout the day, I had more energy, and my metabolism started getting better.  

In conclusion drinking one glass of water before breakfast in the morning is a great way to have more energy throughout the day and to lessen you from over eating. I would suggest doing this daily.
