A healthier alternative for when you want something sweet.

Ingredients

Blend these two together

1 pack of açaí super fruit zero sugar (from wholefoods)

1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1/2 a banana

Toppings

2tbs of granola

1tbs of pecans

1tbs of coconut flakes

1/2 a banana

a drizzle of honey

Snack Time

Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

Greek Yogurt

1tbs of honey

Toppings:

5 blueberries

1tbs of shredded unsweetened coconut

1tbs of peanut butter granola clusters

1tbs of pecans

1 sliced peach

1 sliced strawberry

A healthier alternative fora dessert

ingredients

2 apples- cut them in slices

1tbs dark chocolate

1tbs of almond butter

1tbs of pecans

1tbs of shredded unsweetened coconut

1tbs of peanut butter granola clusters

7 frozen strawberries

Dragon fruit super fruit smoothie packs (wholefoods)

1/2 of a banana

1/3 cup of milk

1 cup of frozen strawberries

toppings: 1/2 a banana

1tbs of peanut butter granola clusters

1 tbs of shredded unsweetened coconut

How to feel better in the        mornings 

Experiment tried by myself*

Experiment on what happens if you drink water every morning before having breakfast:

During this experiment I have noticed changes in my metabolism and appetite throughout the whole day. 

When I drank a full glass of water before my breakfast I was less hungry throughout the day, I had more energy, and my metabolism started getting better.  

In conclusion drinking one glass of water before breakfast in the morning is a great way to have more energy throughout the day and to lessen you from over eating. I would suggest doing this daily.
